Americano
A stirred soda water drink with Campari and sweet vermouth. It's mostly bitter, herbal and sweet.
Ingredients
- 1 oz 30 mlCampari
- 1 oz 30 mlSweet vermouth
- 2 oz 60 mlSoda water
- stirred
- highball
- Orange slice
Method
- Add the Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Strain into a highball over fresh ice.
- Top with the soda water.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
