Aperol Spritz
A Prosecco drink with Aperol and soda water, built in the glass. It's mostly bitter, sweet and fruity.
Ingredients
- 3 oz 90 mlProsecco
- 2 oz 60 mlAperol
- 1 oz 30 mlSoda water

- Orange slice
Method
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Pour in the Aperol and stir briefly.
- Top with the Prosecco and soda water.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
