Bramble
A shaken London dry gin drink with lemon juice, simple syrup and crème de mûre. It's mostly sour, herbal and boozy.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz 45 mlLondon dry gin
- 1 oz 30 mlLemon juice
- 0.33 oz 9.9 mlSimple syrup
- 0.33 oz 9.9 mlCrème de mûre
- shaken
- rocks glass
- Blackberry
Method
- Add the London dry gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and crème de mûre to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one big cube.
- Garnish with a blackberry.
