Canchanchara
An aged rum drink with lime juice and honey syrup, built in the glass. It's mostly sour, sweet and boozy.
Ingredients
- 2 oz 60 mlAged rum
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlLime juice
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlHoney syrup

- Lime wheel
Method
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Pour in the aged rum, lime juice and honey syrup and stir briefly.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
