Dark and Stormy
A stirred dark rum drink with ginger beer and lime juice. It's mostly sweet, spicy and sour.
Ingredients
- 2 oz 60 mlDark rum
- 3 oz 90 mlGinger beer
- ½ oz 15 mlLime juice
- stirred
- highball
- Lime wedge
Method
- Add the dark rum and lime juice to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Strain into a highball over fresh ice.
- Top with the ginger beer.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
