Hemingway Daiquiri
A shaken white rum drink with lime juice, grapefruit juice and Luxardo Maraschino. It's mostly sour, boozy and fruity.
Ingredients
- 2 oz 60 mlWhite rum
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlLime juice
- ½ oz 15 mlGrapefruit juice
- 0.25 oz 7.5 mlLuxardo Maraschino
- shaken
- coupe
- Lime wheel
Method
- Add the white rum, lime juice, grapefruit juice and Luxardo Maraschino to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
