Jack Rose
A shaken applejack drink with lemon juice and grenadine. It's mostly sour, fruity and boozy.
Ingredients
- 2 oz 60 mlApplejack
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlLemon juice
- ½ oz 15 mlGrenadine
- shaken
- coupe
- Lemon twist
Method
- Add the applejack, lemon juice and grenadine to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
