Mojito
A white rum drink with soda water, lime juice and simple syrup, muddled in the glass. It's mostly sour and boozy.
Ingredients
- 2 oz 60 mlWhite rum
- ½ oz 15 mlSimple syrup
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlLime juice
- 1 oz 30 mlSoda water
- 8 leafsMint
- muddled
- highball
- Mint sprig
Method
- Muddle the mint in a highball.
- Fill the glass with ice and add the white rum, simple syrup and lime juice.
- Top with the soda water.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
