Penicillin
A shaken blended Scotch drink with lemon juice, honey syrup and ginger syrup. It's mostly sour, smoky and boozy.
Ingredients
- 2 oz 60 mlBlended Scotch
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlLemon juice
- ½ oz 15 mlHoney syrup
- 0.25 oz 7.5 mlGinger syrup
- 0.25 oz 7.5 mlIslay Scotch
- shaken
- rocks glass
- Candied ginger
Method
- Add the blended Scotch, lemon juice, honey syrup, ginger syrup and Islay Scotch to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one big cube.
- Garnish with a candied ginger.
