Red Hook
A stirred rye drink with Punt E Mes Vermouth and Luxardo Maraschino. It's mostly boozy, spicy and bitter.
Ingredients
- 2 oz 60 mlRye
- ½ oz 15 mlPunt E Mes Vermouth
- ½ oz 15 mlLuxardo Maraschino
- stirred
- coupe
- Maraschino cherry
Method
- Add the rye, Punt E Mes Vermouth and Luxardo Maraschino to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
