Sidecar
A shaken Cognac drink with Cointreau and lemon juice. It's mostly sour, fruity and boozy.
Ingredients
- 2 oz 60 mlCognac
- 1 oz 30 mlCointreau
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlLemon juice
- shaken
- coupe
- Orange twist
Method
- Add the Cognac, Cointreau and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
