Singapore Sling
A shaken gin drink with pineapple juice, Cherry Heering Brandy and lime juice. It's mostly fruity, sour and herbal.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz 45 mlGin
- ½ oz 15 mlCherry Heering Brandy
- 0.25 oz 7.5 mlCointreau
- 0.25 oz 7.5 mlBénédictine
- 4 oz 120 mlPineapple juice
- ½ oz 15 mlLime juice
- 0.33 oz 9.9 mlGrenadine
- 1 dashAngostura bitters
- shaken
- Collins glass
- Maraschino cherry
Method
- Add the gin, Cherry Heering Brandy, Cointreau, Bénédictine, pineapple juice, lime juice, grenadine and Angostura bitters to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
