Ward Eight
A shaken rye drink with lemon juice and orange juice. It's mostly sour, spicy and boozy.
Ingredients
- 2 oz 60 mlRye
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlOrange juice
- 1 barspoonGrenadine
- shaken
- coupe
- Maraschino cherry
Method
- Add the rye, lemon juice, orange juice and grenadine to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
