Adonis
A stirred Oloroso sherry drink with sweet vermouth. It's mostly sweet, herbal and bitter.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz 45 mlOloroso sherry
- 1½ oz 45 mlSweet vermouth
- 2 dashesOrange bitters
- stirred
- coupe
- Orange twist
Method
- Add the Oloroso sherry, sweet vermouth and orange bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
