Hanky Panky
A stirred gin drink with sweet vermouth and Fernet Branca. It's mostly herbal, boozy and bitter.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz 45 mlGin
- 1½ oz 45 mlSweet vermouth
- 0.25 oz 7.5 mlFernet Branca
- stirred
- coupe
- Orange twist
Method
- Add the gin, sweet vermouth and Fernet Branca to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
