Bacardi Cocktail
A shaken white rum drink with lime juice and grenadine. It's mostly sour, boozy and fruity.
Ingredients
- 2 oz 60 mlWhite rum
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlLime juice
- ½ oz 15 mlGrenadine
- shaken
- coupe
- Maraschino cherry
Method
- Add the white rum, lime juice and grenadine to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
