Blue Lagoon
A vodka drink with soda water, blue Curaçao and lemon juice, built in the glass. It's mostly sour.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz 45 mlVodka
- 1 oz 30 mlBlue Curaçao
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlLemon juice
- ½ oz 15 mlSimple syrup
- 3 oz 90 mlSoda water
- built

- Lemon wheel
Method
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Pour in the vodka, blue Curaçao, lemon juice and simple syrup and stir briefly.
- Top with the soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
