Sloe Gin Fizz
A shaken soda water drink with Sloe gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. It's mostly sour, herbal and sweet.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz 45 mlSloe gin
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlLemon juice
- ½ oz 15 mlSimple syrup
- 2 oz 60 mlSoda water
- shaken
- highball
- Lemon wheel
Method
- Add the Sloe gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a highball over fresh ice.
- Top with the soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
