Daiquiri
A shaken white rum drink with lime juice and simple syrup. It's mostly sour, boozy and sweet.
Ingredients
- 2 oz 60 mlWhite rum
- 1 oz 30 mlLime juice
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlSimple syrup

- Lime wheel
Method
- Add the white rum, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
