Gimlet
A shaken gin drink with lime juice and simple syrup. It's mostly sour, herbal and boozy.
Ingredients
- 2 oz 60 mlGin
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlLime juice
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlSimple syrup
- shaken
- coupe
- Lime wheel
Method
- Add the gin, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
