Income Tax Cocktail
A shaken gin drink with orange juice, dry vermouth and sweet vermouth. It's mostly herbal, boozy and fruity.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz 45 mlGin
- ½ oz 15 mlDry vermouth
- ½ oz 15 mlSweet vermouth
- 1 oz 30 mlOrange juice
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
- shaken
- coupe
- Orange twist
Method
- Add the gin, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, orange juice and Angostura bitters to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
