Gin Fizz
A shaken gin drink with soda water, simple syrup and lemon juice. It's mostly sour and herbal.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz 45 mlGin
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 1 oz 30 mlSimple syrup
- 3 oz 90 mlSoda water
- shaken
- highball
- Lemon wedge
Method
- Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a highball over fresh ice.
- Top with the soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge.
