Gold Rush
A shaken bourbon drink with lemon juice and honey syrup. It's mostly sour, boozy and sweet.
Ingredients
- 2 oz 60 mlBourbon
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlHoney syrup
- shaken
- rocks glass
- Lemon twist
Method
- Add the bourbon, lemon juice and honey syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one big cube.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
