Hurricane
A shaken rum drink with lime juice, orange juice and passionfruit syrup. It's mostly sour, fruity and sweet.
Ingredients
- 2 oz 60 mlRum
- ½ oz 15 mlOrange juice
- 0.75 oz 22.5 mlLime juice
- ½ oz 15 mlPassionfruit syrup
- 0.25 oz 7.5 mlGrenadine
- shaken
- hurricane glass
- Orange slice
Method
- Add the rum, orange juice, lime juice, passionfruit syrup and grenadine to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a hurricane glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
