Vesper
A stirred gin drink with vodka and Lillet Blanc. It's mostly boozy and herbal.
Ingredients
- 3 oz 90 mlGin
- 1 oz 30 mlVodka
- ½ oz 15 mlLillet Blanc
- stirred
- martini glass
- Lemon twist
Method
- Add the gin, vodka and Lillet Blanc to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
