Dirty Martini
A shaken gin drink with dry vermouth and olive brine. It's mostly boozy, herbal and salty.
Ingredients
- 2½ oz 75 mlGin
- ½ oz 15 mlDry vermouth
- ½ oz 15 mlOlive brine
- shaken
- martini glass
- Olive
Method
- Add the gin, dry vermouth and olive brine to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with an olive.
