Brandy Daisy (original recipe)
A shaken brandy drink with soda water and lemon juice. It's mostly sour, fruity and sweet.
Ingredients
- 2 oz 60 mlBrandy
- ½ oz 15 mlLemon juice
- 1 barspoonSimple syrup
- 1 barspoonCuraçao
- 1 oz 30 mlSoda water
- shaken
- rocks glass
- No garnish
Method
- Add the brandy, lemon juice, simple syrup and Curaçao to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 12 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one big cube.
- Top with the soda water.
